She notably performed as principal clarinetist at the 70th Ljubljana Festival anniversary in Slovenia. In this role, she developed exceptional leadership within ensembles and gained experience in a broad range of repertoire. Alongside her orchestral work, she was appointed as a lecturer at the College of Music, Mahidol
University, where she also advised students at the Mahidol Music Career Development Center. Furthermore, Hannelore participated in international music festivals and projects such as the Symphony Orchestra for the Next Generation (S.O.N.G.) in South Korea; Forum Wallis, the Contemporary Music Festival in Switzerland (Int. Her return to Belgium in 2023 was driven by a desire to expand and diversify her career through more freelance opportunities and teaching. Since then, she has become a sought-after freelance clarinetist, performing with some of Belgium’s most respected orchestras and ensembles. Hannelore received her Master of Arts in Music with great distinction from the KASK & Conservatory School of Arts in Ghent, where she studied under professor Eddy Vanoosthuyse. She continued her studies with a finalité spécialisée program at the Conservatoire Royal de Liège. Hannelore has participated in masterclasses with several renowned clarinetists, including Andrew Marriner, Andrew Simon, Ayako Oshima, Calogero Palermo, Charles Neidich, Evgeny Petrov, Harri Mäki, Jean-Luc Votano, Juan Ferrer, Kari
Kriikku, Masaharu Yamamoto, Nicolas Baldeyrou, Pascal Moragues, Philippe Cuper, and Roeland Hendrikx, and completed advanced training with Florent Héau at the Accademia Internazionale di Musica di Cagliari in Sardinia.

She was also a finalist in the 18th Osaka International Music Competition. In addition to her performance and teaching career, Hannelore has expanded her skills into interdisciplinary areas, recently completing an International Master in European Project Planning and Management. She gained further experience and collaborated at the 52nd International Double Reed Society (IDRS) Conference in 2022 and the Southeast Asia Music Leadership Initiative (SEAMLI) in 2023. This has strengthened her capabilities in project management, communication, and digital innovation, further supporting her contributions to the classical music world.
