Proposal Performance

If you want to propose a program for the CLARINETSonSTAGE, FLEMISH MUSIC GHENT (January 17-18, 2026), please complete the online application form (Google) and apply BEFORE NOVEMBER 21, 2025. Later sent proposals or proposals sent to any other address will not be accepted.

Important : the organizing committee selects the artists for the gala concerts (with orchestra, band, string quartet, … ).
As for both the ECA and ICA festivals, candidates arrange their own sponsorship (including for the group they propose) with brands, schools, governments, … themselves. The organization team cannot give any financial support.
The organization offers a pianist for your performance (not for choirs) please don’t use this pianist for more than 15 minutes of your program. We cannot help with other musicians, if you want to perform with other musicians, you should arrange their participation yourself.

Maximum program = 25 minutes (podium time is 30’), longer programs will be stopped. The program must include at least one Flemish work (duration not specified) of your choice.

To make your proposal complete we ask to pay 25€ on the account number of IMP. Please mention your name (or the name of the person who sent the proposal) in the payment.
